Temesgen Desalegn rushed to hospital

Ethiopia Zare: This morning journalist Temesgen Desalegn family says that the Zeway prison administration sent him to a nearby hospital for further treatment.

Sources told to the family that Temesgen Desalegn was transferred to Batu hospital located in Zeway; however his illness could not be identified.

According his brother Tariku Desalegn, Temesgen was forbidden to see visitors’ including family members in the past two weeks, hereby, the cause of his illness remains unknown as there were no communication between him and his families. The authorities of Zeway prison are not revealing his situation.

Journalist Temesgen Desalegn is serving the three years prison sentence since October 2014.
